Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers seeks an experienced CAMO Engineer to join a Defence and Aerospace environment in the United Kingdom. You will ensure continuing airworthiness per Part-CAMO, review directives, and maintain aircraft maintenance programmes across rotorcraft support.

You will work with a team to improve CAMO processes, provide support during airworthiness reviews, and maintain meticulous records for components and configurations.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Part-CAMO regulations.
  • Experience with helicopter products and their technical documentation.
  • Good computer literacy and familiarity with Google Docs.

Responsibilities

  • Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with Part-CAMO requirements.
  • Review regulatory authority and OEM documentation (Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, M/M Modifications, Repairs) timely and consistently.
  • Develop, review and implement Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and configurations.
  • Support Airworthiness Reviews and ARC Extensions.
  • Perform defect and reliability analyses and update aircraft flight manuals as needed.
  • Review technical logs and update MIS with maintenance task data.
  • Assist with line and base maintenance planning and maintenance variation reviews.
  • Plan materials, raise reservations/purchase requisitions, and manage records for components.
  • Provide cross-functional CAMO support and drive process improvements.

You will be involved in:

  • Follow the company procedures in order to ensure compliance
  • Perform reviews of all forms of technical information from the regulatory authorities and OEMs in a timely and consistent manner, this will include, but is not limited to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Major/Minor Modifications, and Repairs
  • Periodical review, development, and implementation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and associated aircraft configuration
  • Provide support during Airworthiness Reviews and ARC Extensions
  • Complete repetitive defect and reliability analysis
  • Review and update aircraft flight manuals
  • Review technical logs and enter utilisation data onto the MIS
  • Line and Base maintenance planning
  • Preparation and review of maintenance variations
  • Materials planning and raise reservations/purchase requisitions for required materials
  • Updating aircraft and engines records with maintenance task accomplishment details
  • Return of component log cards to the material management team for core returns
  • Provide cross-functional support across the CAMO team
  • Continually improve CAMO processes & procedures to enhance overall efficiency
  • Perform other duties as required by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager or designated deputy
  • Good understanding of aircraft continuing airworthiness requirements as related to Part-CAMO regulation
  • Methodical with acute attention to detail
  • Proactive - ability to recognise potential issues and apply remedial action before they raise concern or affect operations
  • Must have high computer literacy skills and be competent with Google Docs
  • Knowledge of continuing airworthiness management software for the use of maintenance and materials planning
  • Knowledge of Helicopter Products and their technical documentation.
