Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a CAMO Engineer for a 12-month contract based in the Oxford area. The role pays £34.78 per hour and is Inside IR35, with duties focused on continuing airworthiness management for helicopter products.

You will follow procedures to ensure compliance, review regulatory and OEM documentation, and support CAMO processes across the team while developing maintenance programmes and records.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Part-CAMO regulation.
  • Experience with helicopter products and documentation.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency with Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of CAMO software for maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

  • Follow the company procedures in order to ensure compliance.
  • Perform reviews of regulatory and OEM technical information (Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Modifications, Repairs).
  • Periodical review, development, and implementation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and configurations.
  • Provide support during Airworthiness Reviews and ARC Extensions.
  • Complete repetitive defect and reliability analysis.
  • Review and update aircraft flight manuals.
  • Review logs and enter utilisation data onto MIS Line/Base maintenance planning.
  • Prepare and review maintenance variations.
  • Materials planning and raise reservations/purchase requisitions.
  • Update aircraft and engine records with maintenance task details.
  • Return component log cards to material management for cores.
  • Provide cross-functional CAMO team support.
  • Continually improve CAMO processes and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required by the CAMO leadership.

CAMO Engineer 12 month contract Based in the Oxford area Offering £34.78ph Inside IR35

Do you have an understanding of aircraft continuing airworthiness requirements as related to Part-CAMO regulation? Do you have experience of helicopter products and their technical documentation? Do you want to work with an industry-leading company? If your answer to these is yes, then this could be the role for you! You will be involved in:

Responsibilities
  • Follow the company procedures in order to ensure compliance
  • Perform reviews of all forms of technical information from the regulatory authorities and OEMs in a timely and consistent manner, this will include, but is not limited to Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Major/Minor Modifications, and Repairs
  • Periodical review, development, and implementation of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and associated aircraft configuration
  • Provide support during Airworthiness Reviews and ARC Extensions
  • Complete repetitive defect and reliability analysis
  • Review and update aircraft flight manuals
  • Review technical logs and enter utilisation data onto the MIS Line and Base maintenance planning
  • Preparation and review of maintenance variations
  • Materials planning and raise reservations/purchase requisitions for required materials
  • Updating aircraft and engines records with maintenance task accomplishment details
  • Return of component log cards to the material management team for core returns
  • Provide cross-functional support across the CAMO team
  • Continually improve CAMO processes & procedures to enhance overall efficiency
  • Perform other duties as required by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager or designated deputy

Your skillset may include:

Skillset
  • Good understanding of aircraft continuing airworthiness requirements as related to Part-CAMO regulation
  • Methodical with acute attention to detail
  • Proactive - ability to recognise potential issues and apply remedial action before they raise concern or affect operations
  • Must have high computer literacy skills and be competent with Google Docs
  • Knowledge of continuing airworthiness management software for the use of maintenance and materials planning
  • Knowledge of Helicopter Products and their technical documentation.
