Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our team.

You will work as part of our Administration Team to:

  1. Schedule appointments
  2. Manage telephone calls
  3. Minute meetings
  4. Create letters
  5. Maintain up-to-date records

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, essential for ensuring the effective and smooth running of our services.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service can present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.

Applicants requiring current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with young people and their families to support the clinical team in delivering person-centred care
  • Organising and delivering a safe and efficient office system in collaboration with the CAMH Service, supporting patient care, clinical governance, targets, and timely data returns
  • Supporting clinicians by typing clinical letters, organising appointments, and minuting meetings
