NHS Greater Manchester is seeking a Band 6 CAMHS practitioner to join the Tameside and Glossop CAMHS team. The role includes triaging new referrals, conducting assessments for children and young people aged 5-18, and contributing to the CAMHS transformation long-term plan.

The post requires strong CYP mental health knowledge, experience in community settings, and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Regular supervision and professional development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in Mental Health, Social Work or OT with current regulatory registration.
• Significant post-qualification experience in community mental health services.

Responsabilités

• Undertake high-quality mental health assessments for children and young people.
• Triage new referrals, conduct assessments, and support care planning within CAMHS.
• Provide consultation, advice, and training to a wide range of agencies.
