Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Team Manager for the Wigan CAMHS. You will be responsible for day-to-day team management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary child and adolescent service integrated, flexible and recovery-oriented.

You will ensure safe delivery of high-quality services to Children and Young People with mental health needs and participate in the on-call rota as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day management of a children's mental health service.
• Leadership and development of a multi-disciplinary CAMHS service.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of a busy children's mental health service.
• Lead and supervise staff clinically and managerially.
• Engage and support staff, young people and carers using brief evidence-based coping strategies and self-help.
• Participate in the on-call rota as required.
