You will lead the team, ensure compassionate care, and collaborate across disciplines to support recovery. The role involves organizing care, ensuring safety, participating in CPA reviews, and providing staff supervision while supporting a dynamic, 24-hour service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ward team to deliver high-quality care to young people aged 13-18 with acute mental illness.
• Attend ward rounds, clinical case meetings and CPA reviews to ensure needs of service users and families are addressed.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision and management of Band 5 Tier 4 CAMHS nurses, staff nurses and mental health support workers.
