Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (NHS) is seeking a Clinical Team Manager for Denbighshire CAMHS in Rhyl. The role leads day-to-day operations, supports a multidisciplinary team, and drives service improvement in child and adolescent mental health services.

You will work within a dynamic leadership team, deliver high-quality, sustainable care, and engage partners across the organisation to achieve strategic objectives, while navigating a change programme and fostering an open learning

Qualifications

• Background in Child Mental Health Services is preferred.
• Experience in managing performance, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of Denbighshire CAMHS.
• Collaborate with clinical and admin leads and service manager.
• Support change programme and service improvement initiatives.
