Job summary

• Relevant professional qualification and active registration in health or social care.
• Continued professional and management development.
• Management qualification or willingness to work towards (1–2 years).
• Evidence of mentoring and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the CAMHS team in Conwy/Denbighshire.
• Partner with clinical and admin leads and the service manager to deliver services.
• Drive service improvement and maintain high quality, efficient and sustainable care.
• Build positive partnerships with a range of stakeholders and ensure safe practice.
