An exciting opportunity awaits as a Band 6 Clinical Team Leader in CAMHS Inpatient services at an Outstanding-rated facility. This role involves supporting the Ward Matron and Service Manager to ensure exceptional ward-based delivery and high-quality nursing care. A welcome award of £5000 pro rata is offered for this post, £2000 within your first salary! A further £2,000 after completing 12 months service followed by £1,000 after completing 18 months.

The post entails the successful candidate supporting the Ward Matron and Service Manager in all aspects of ward-based delivery, including:
In addition, you will be a key staff member of the ward by ensuring high-quality nursing care is at the core of the ward's ethos and addressing issues as they arise when this quality is challenged.
You will take part in the Clinical Team Leader Rota, whereby you will be expected to support all areas included in this remit and be able to think outside the box to address any issues that arise.
