Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester’s CAMHS team is offering a fixed term 12-month mental health practitioner post in the access and assessment service for young people. You will triage new referrals, assess young people and work within a multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment plans, monitor progress and ensure safeguarding guidance is followed.

Qualifications

• NMC or Social Work registration is required.
• Post-qualification experience in community mental health services is preferred.
• RMN or Social Work PIN is required.

Responsibilities

• Triage new referrals and conduct assessments of young people.
• Work within CAMHS access and assessment team to develop treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes following safeguarding and professional guidelines.
