Job summary

Judicium is seeking an Education Recruitment Consultant in Cambridge. The role offers a base salary of £28,000–£34,000 plus £5,000–£20,000 on-target earnings, with a clear promotion path and hybrid working arrangements.

You will manage secondary schools in the Cambridge area, sourcing and placing teachers and support staff, while building strong relationships with school leaders. The position emphasizes high performance, regular client interaction, and a structured promotion track.

What It’s Really Like:

Let’s be real — this is not an easy job. It’s fast-paced, high-pressure, and full of early starts. With hard work comes great reward! Some days you’ll juggle lots of tasks, dealing with last-minute cancellations, but having plans in place, staying prepared, organised and always thinking ahead is key. You won’t ever be bored. The day starts at 7am and ends at 4pm!

About you

• Speaking of drive, you'll need a Full UK Driving Licence. We visit our client schools once a week (don't worry, we pay mileage).
• Customer-facing, sales or education experience is helpful (but not essential)
• A real passion for education and helping others succeed
• Agile - You can manage multiple priorities and juggle tasks efficiently whilst delivering outstanding service
• Sales Focused - You have experience in recruitment, direct sales or customer service and excel in performance-driven environments to meet and exceed targets.
