Job summary

PRS are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer for a Cambridge-based role with a salary of £45k. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in Facilities Management and hold full electrical or mechanical qualifications.

You will work on a single-man site, serving a high-end client with strong client-facing duties. The role requires self-transport to and from the site and involves regular PPMs and reactive tasks across six floors of a static building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Facilities Management.
• Full qualifications in electrical or mechanical components.
• Must have own transport to reach site in Cambridge.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical duties.
• Maintain a Very client facing role with a high-end client.
• Work independently on a single-man site.
• Cover 6 floors of a static building.
• Perform scheduled PPMs.
• Handle reactive tasks.
• Liaise with clients to problem solve.
