Lytham St Annes High School is seeking External and Internal Exam Invigilators to supervise examinations and help ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. The role is casual during examination periods (November, December, May and June) and follows a term-time Monday to Friday pattern.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and calmly.
• Previously worked as an examination invigilator or in an educational setting is helpful but not essential.
• Willingness to work flexibly during examination periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise candidates during examinations in accordance with school and Exam Board requirements.
• Help prepare the examination environment for smooth running.
• Welcome candidates, check seating and distribute papers and materials.
• Monitor conduct and respond to queries in line with regulations.
• Escort candidates as needed and collect materials at end of exams.
