Job summary

Continuity of Care Services is seeking a calm and gentle Support Worker to provide consistent, person-centred support to a young woman with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and complex communication needs. The role focuses on community-based support, building trust, and helping her engage in daily activities and social interests.

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential. You will need empathy, strong boundaries, and a patient, reassuring approach to reduce

Qualifications

• Previous experience in community support or social services.
• Previous experience with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Epilepsy.
• Previous experience with specific communication needs related to Autism.
• Able to think on your feet and plan ahead.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance (essential)
• You must be eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
