Job summary

Qualifications

• Good level of experience as a cover supervisor.
• Able to cover colleagues’ absence across lessons.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with parents and carers.
• Safeguarding training or knowledge desirable; full training provided.

• Create an orderly and purposeful environment for learners to complete work.
• Use training and experience to support learners effectively.
