Job summary

Aspire People is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Birmingham and Solihull. You will supervise KS3 and KS4 classes, deliver work set by teachers, and help maintain an orderly learning environment.

Roles range from individual days to regular full-time, part-time, or longer-term placements with weekly pay and flexible hours to fit your availability. You do not need QTS; experience in teaching support or working with young people is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising secondary school pupils or similar setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills and reliability.
• Able to supervise KS3/KS4 and follow teacher-planned work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across KS3/KS4 and deliver work set by the class teacher.
• Maintain classroom behaviour and keep pupils focused throughout the lesson.
