Job summary

Vivid Housing is seeking a Ground Maintenance Operative to join our friendly, customer-focused team. You’ll carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance and weeding to keep communal grounds attractive for residents.

Requirements include a full, clean driving licence held for at least 1 year and the ability to operate a range of equipment and power tools daily. A company van is provided for work hours.

As a grounds operative, you'll carry out a high standard of grounds work. This’ll include grass/hedge cutting, border maintenance and weeding to make our communal grounds areas more attractive for our customers!

You’ll need a full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) to be able to drive one of our vans when needed.
