Job summary

EE is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor in Truro. You’ll join a lively contact centre to handle incoming calls from EE customers, helping them choose the best deals on phones and broadband. You’ll learn the products and guide customers to the right option with a friendly, proactive approach.

You’ll be listening well, speaking clearly, and matching customer needs to the right EE offering. There are generous benefits and part-time hours up to 20 per week.

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
