Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Truro contact centre. You will join a lively team handling incoming calls, helping customers find the best EE deals on phones and broadband, and guiding them through available tech products.

We value great listeners and fluent talkers who can match customers with the right product while enjoying uncapped commission and a supportive, energetic environment.

Monday - Friday 16:45 PM to 21:00 PM

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Truro contact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
