Optical Express Group in Glasgow City Centre is seeking a proactive Contact Centre - Outbound Sales to convert warm leads into booked consultations. You will engage patients interested in refractive treatments and showcase the value of our services, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The successful candidate will be target-driven with outbound sales or high-contact customer service experience, excellent communication skills and a passion to exceed performance KPIs.

Title: Contact Centre - Outbound Sales

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full Time

Location: Glasgow City Centre - Office based

Salary: £27,040 - £28,080 plus bonus

Role responsibility :

Responsible for contacting patients who have shown interest in refractive treatments—including laser eye surgery and lens replacement. This role is all about converting warm leads into booked consultations by understanding patient needs and showcasing the value of our services.

• Make outbound calls to patients who have enquired about refractive treatments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and conversion targets.
• Building trust and rapport, Guiding patients through the consultation booking journey.
• Take ownership of every interaction, Ensuring a positive and informative experience.
