Customer Support Administrator - Call Centre Advisor - Contact Centre

Office-based in Stoke-On-Trent

Starting Salary £24,570, Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week), with benefits including a bonus scheme, additional holidays, and enhanced family leave.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join a friendly and collaborative team in Stoke-On-Trent.

You will handle customer communications via emails and letters, support the contact centre, and ensure fair resolutions for a wide range of customers. If you thrive on accuracy, enjoy problem-solving, and have excellent written skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Role:
  1. Handle customer correspondence via email and letter, providing tailored responses to guide customers on their financial recovery.
  2. Support the contact centre with problem-solving skills.
