Role Purpose: This role connects clients with Bank of America's solutions to help achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include balancing service requests with sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deepen client relationships by understanding their financial needs
  • Respond to inquiries with tailored solutions
  • Sell banking products such as checking & savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
  • Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to relevant partners
  • Quote rates and terms for banking solutions
  • Manage risk in transactions using available tools

  • Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available (closed on Sundays)
