This role is responsible for connecting clients with the solutions that Bank of America offers to help achieve their financial goals. Advanced Client Solutions Specialists balance service requests and sales opportunities, are experts on financial solutions, probe to understand life and financial goals, and pair new solutions and services to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and deepening client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
  • Selling and fulfilling banking products (checking & savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
  • Identifying client needs for licensed sales functions and referring to partners (Merrill, Lending, & Small Business).
  • Quoting rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
  • Managing risk in all transactions using available tools.

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available, closed on Sundays
