Job summary

ENVEA UK is seeking a highly organised Customer Service & Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Test & Calibration team in Ashington. You will support customers through calibration and repair processes, maintain instrument traceability and deliver outstanding service.

Working with the Head of Laboratory and cross‑functional colleagues, you will handle sales administration, coordinate orders and help drive new business opportunities, while providing flexible support across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration and customer service.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales Administration: prepare and issue quotations for in-house/on-site calibration, repairs, and related services.
• Customer Service: respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email; monitor progress and communicate delays.
• General Duties: support the Head of Laboratory, coordinate customer orders and assist cross‑functional teams.
