Job summary

Trescal LTD in the UK is seeking a Calibration Engineer to calibrate a range of measuring instruments and repair facilities in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and UKAS requirements. You will maintain traceable records using EMS systems.

The role offers flexible working options, a development plan, and 25 days holiday; site-based across the UK with opportunities for progression within Trescal's calibration network.

Qualifications

• Ideally a technical qualification such as HND, HNC, NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or above.
• Knowledge of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Good understanding of calibration practices and theories.

About the Role

Joining our team as a Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for calibrating a variety of measuring instrumentation and repair facilities to both ISO9001 and UKAS accredited in accordance with Company Procedures, UKAS regulations and recognised specifications. A successful candidate will be expected to independently maintain relevant records of work, data and results in a traceable and auditable manner utilizing EMS management systems.
