Buitelaar Group is looking for a proactive Calf Supply Development Manager to enhance our calf procurement network. This hybrid role combines office-based planning with field-based supplier engagement. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with calf suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality calves.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of dairy and calf production systems.
• Good knowledge of calf genetics and breeding programmes.
• Ability to assess calf quality and genetic potential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate calf procurement activities to ensure continuity of supply.
• Ensure suppliers meet company welfare and biosecurity standards.
