As a Café Team Member you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafés, requiring someone who is reliable, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about providing warm, welcoming service. Experience as a Barista and a love of good coffee is essential. You'll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer has a positive experience whilst maintaining the high standards our community has come to expect.
