About the role

Tea is brewing. Café doors are opening. The day is about to start, and so are our café team members. They're the talented people making every day a little better for our customers. Now, you can join them.

As a Team Member in our café, you're involved in everything — from cooking and chatting with customers to ensuring safety and cleanliness. You'll deliver great service, prepare and serve food according to our menu, and maintain a tidy environment.

This lively role offers flexible working hours, opportunities for progression, and more. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We schedule shifts within your available times, with three weeks' notice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Serve customers efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, keeping records.
• Practice FIFO stock rotation.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food as per the menu.
• Ensure food standards and availability.
• Know the menu well and serve accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints and inform the Café Manager.
• Stay updated with business communications and initiatives.
• Clear and sanitise tables to keep the café clean.
