About The Role

Award-winning Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafés and farm shops in the Cotswolds, is looking for an engaging Café Team Member to join our team.

You’ll ideally have experience in a restaurant or café setting and possess a bright, warm, and welcoming attitude. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm-to-fork dishes in a relaxed environment. As a Café Team Member, you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand, providing excellent service to our clientele.

Hours and Location

• Full-time position with flexible weekend work required.
• Location: Daylesford Farm, Cotswolds, GL56 0YG.

Your Responsibilities

• Work straight shifts to promote work-life balance.
• Cover various shifts including weekends, opening, and closing shifts.
• Potential management training and career progression beyond cafe team leader.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively and embody our purpose of social and environmental responsibility.
• Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live consciously, creating a positive impact.
