Job summary

Legends Global is seeking enthusiastic Cafe Supervisors to join our casual event retail team at Olympia venues in London. You will supervise retail staff, deliver excellent customer service, and help manage operations during exhibitions, conferences, and live events.

The role is flexible and you’ll be barista trained, with opportunities to grow across Legends Global. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where guest experience comes first.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or event supervision.
• Barista trained.
• Experience in fast-paced live event, stadium, exhibition, or venue environments is desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Confident communicating with staff and customers.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and major event days.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail and Events Management team during live events and busy trading periods.
• Supervise and motivate retail staff onsite.
• Lead team briefings before shifts and ensure staff are fully prepared for event operations.
• Support the training and development of new and junior team members.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and close-down of retail kiosks and event spaces.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
• Monitor stock levels, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Support smooth operations during high-footfall events and peak service periods.
• Operate and oversee cashless EPOS systems and ensure accurate transactions.
