Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. Rotating shifts are in place, and this role offers progression opportunities within a company that values its people.

You will lead a small team, manage deliveries and rotas, handle stock orders, and uphold Food Handling and Health & Safety standards, with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Strong communication with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Acting as a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
• Delegating and ensuring proactive team performance.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
