We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervise a team, fostering a positive environment where team members feel welcomed and supported.
3. Act as a responsible key holder.
4. Assist with weekly bookkeeping and other necessary duties.
5. Produce weekly rotas following managerial guidelines.
6. Place orders to maintain appropriate stock levels.
7. Delegate tasks as needed and ensure team proactivity.
8. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
9. Follow Health & Safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
