ARMA in London invites applications for a Café Manager to lead daily café operations within our gym environment. You will oversee service delivery, stock control, budgeting, and team leadership to ensure a high-quality F&B experience for members.

The role combines hands-on leadership with compliance, hygiene, and reporting duties, including duty manager responsibilities during busy periods. 5 years in cafe/F&B management, and preferably experience opening new branches, are desirable.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience running a cafe/F&B operation.
• Experience opening other branches is preferable.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and service quality.
• Monitor sales and drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Recruit, train and supervise the barista team.
• Maintain stock control, ordering and supplier relations.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and company policy compliance.
• Handle admin tasks including invoicing and reporting to the MD.
• Perform duty manager responsibilities during shifts.
