Job description

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at Benugo in John Lewis Leeds.

The café is open 7 days a week,serving up freshly made sandwiches, scones, cakes and coffee.

We Offer:

Rate: £34,000 - 35,000 per annum

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Weekends

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

About the Cafe Manager role:

To supervise, manage and motivate the team

To make sure that the operation runs smoothly

To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard

To continuously work towards improving sales and service

Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring

Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
