Eurest is opening a brand-new café in Didcot and seeks a hands-on Café Manager to lead day-to-day operations with energy, organisation and a passion for great food and coffee.

Cafe Manager

Location: Didcot

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | Between 7:00am - 5:00pm

Youll play a key role in establishing the café from the ground up, embedding high standards, developing your team, and delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

About the Role

As Café Manager, youll be responsible for ensuring the café runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently, while creating an environment that feels welcoming from day one.

Youll be leading from the front, bringing energy, organisation, and a passion for great food and coffee to everything you do.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the daily operation of a newly opened café, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Setting and maintaining exceptional standards across food quality, coffee, presentation, and customer experience.

• Supporting commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, and team engagement.
