Job summary

Eurest in Didcot is hiring a Café Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a brand-new cafe, delivering excellent service and coffee. You will build a strong team, set high standards, and create a welcoming space for customers from day one.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, maintain quality and consistency, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Location: Didcot
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday | Between 7:00am – 5:00pm
