A leading garden centre group in the UK is seeking a Restaurant & Café Manager for its location near Salhouse, Norfolk. The successful candidate will oversee food service area operations, ensuring excellent customer service while managing a team and high-quality produce sourcing. Working a 45-hour week, benefits include a generous salary, holiday allowance, and a contributory pension scheme.
Our client is the 7th largest Garden Centre group in the UK and represents a new wave of specialist horticultural and leisure retailers committed to offering high-quality products and service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Restaurant & Cafe Manager to oversee the refit and expansion of all food service areas at an established garden centre in the South Nottingham area.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all food service areas. This role requires a hands-on individual who appreciates the importance of excellent customer service and can lead and motivate a dedicated team of staff. A passion for working with fresh and locally sourced produce is essential.
