Vacherin is recruiting a Cafe Manager on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, days. You will run a busy food service operation, leading a team to deliver great food and service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage weekly business returns, budgets, and action plans, while training and supporting colleagues to excel. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have previous management experience in a similar role.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

About The Role

We're currently recruiting a Cafe Manager to join Vacherin on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, days.
