Job summary

Heaphy’s Café in Glastonbury is seeking a front-of-house team member for part-time, permanent or zero-hours work, with weekend shifts and daytime hours on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm.

You’ll rotate duties across service, till work and food preparation, bring warm, friendly guest service, and have barista experience or willingness to train. Casual dress and staff discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy café environment.
• Food preparation and service.
• Barista experience preferable.
• Knowledge of allergens, food prep and coffee.
• Ability to make beverages quickly and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items; training available.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle till and cashing up procedures.
• Interact with guests to provide excellent service.
• Restock and assist in delivery of events.
