Job description

Customers visit our café for various reasons, from hearty breakfasts to quick pick-me-ups. As a member of our Front of House team, you will provide excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
2. Handling customer complaints and informing the Café Manager.
3. Managing stock through FIFO rotation and maintaining food safety standards.
4. Accepting deliveries and ensuring proper storage.
5. Keeping the café clean and organized, including sanitizing tables.
6. Ensuring menu items are available and up-to-date.
7. Preparing hot and cold beverages.
