Job summary

Gloucester Guildhall is seeking a Café/Bar Shift Leader to oversee our food and drink operation across a busy seven-day schedule. You will lead a team, ensure safe alcohol service, maintain high standards of service, and support hospitality for corporate events, cinema screenings and live events attended by hundreds of guests.

The role is hands-on with variety, requiring proactivity, adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced venue environment in the heart of Gloucester city centre.
