As a team member dedicated to great service, you'll ensure every dish meets our menu standards while maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. This essential role contributes to a positive daily experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and organized.
• Serving customers efficiently and with care.
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations, including maintaining records.
• Practicing FIFO stock rotation to keep food fresh.
• Accepting deliveries and storing food safely.
• Adhering to operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to café standards.
• Maintaining food availability and quality.
• Knowing the café menu thoroughly and serving food as intended.
• Resolving customer complaints and informing the Café Manager.
• Staying updated with business communications and initiatives.
