Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring a Café Assistant to join our friendly team. You will provide an efficient catering service, serve drinks and food, and ensure high standards of hygiene across our café and centres.

We welcome candidates from similar roles and will provide training. You will work with a genuine team and have opportunities for flexible hours, benefits, and future permanent roles where available.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
• A genuine team player with flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation.
• Willingness to learn and provide excellent customer service at all times, while maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• To provide an efficient catering service, prepare food as required, provide excellent customer service at all times and maintain a hygienic catering area.
• To operate catering equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets and the centre.
• To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times. To deal with any customer contact/complaints/comments professionally and courteously
