Job summary

Crieff Hydro Limited in Scotland is seeking a friendly hospitality team member for Basecamp. The role offers a 32-hour contract across 4 days per week, with shifts from 08:30 to 17:00, in a supportive, family-oriented environment within Crieff Hydro Hotel.

You will join the food and beverage team, learning in a dynamic setting and enjoying the benefits of working within a historic family-owned hotel group that values guest experiences and team wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Barista experience is preferred but attitude matters.
• Willingness to learn and participate in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-focused with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Basecamp food and beverage team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support service during shifts within the Basecamp outlet and hospitality setting.

Crieff Hydro Hotel

In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – including a spa, leisure centre, horse-riding centre and our famously exciting Action Glen. There really is something for everyone!

About the role

With the best views on the estate and only a 20 min walk from the hotel, our food concept is simple but wholesome at Basecamp. The Clubhouse has 40 seats and an outdoor seating area which is brilliant for BBQs on sunny days.

Working as part of our food and beverage team offers you a friendly, fast paced environment. Basecamp is a great chance to get all the benefits of working within a large independent company whilst working in a smaller outlet. You will learn and develop with some truly motivated, fun, and enthusiastic people.

This is a32-hour contractposition, working4 days per week, with extra hours available depending on individual and business needs. This role it would suit school leavers, students or individuals wanting a full-time hospitality job with sociable hours with typical shifts between the hours of0830 to 1700.
