Contract: Fixed Term

Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities

Fixed Term Position: May to September.

Shifts Include

• 10.00-18.30
• 11.00-19.30
• 12.00-20.30

Within our Café and outdoor pool bar, you will support the team with taking reservations and effectively managing our tables to maximise revenue.

In this role, you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.

You will also have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and what is available for that day.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

• Serve food and drinks both table service and over the counter;
• Monitor stock levels and manage stock;
• Maintain cleanliness in the Café and follow allergen guidelines;
• Ensure payments are accurately posted on guest accounts;
• Opening and closing duties for the café

Due to the operating times of this outlet, evenings are not a requirement in this role.
