Job summary

Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is recruiting casual front-of-house staff for our visitor centre. You will greet visitors, help with information on walks and activities, serve food and drinks, and keep displays stocked and clean.

You’ll also handle daily till reconciliation and act as an ambassador for Welsh Water. Ideal candidates will have health and safety awareness, customer service experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Practical Health & Safety experience.
• Retail customer service knowledge or specialism.
• Working with the general public.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• A satisfactory DBS check will be required prior to start date for all successful applicants.
• Variety of shift patternsavailable, although candidates will need to be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
