Cafe Assistant

Location: Brierley Hill

Salary: Under 21 - £9 per hour, 21+ - £11.44 per hour

Hours: Part-time and full-time team members to join us on a zero hour contract covering weekdays and weekends, typically between the hours of 8am-6pm.

We are now looking for fast-paced, charismatic, outgoing Cafe Assistants to join our We Do Play team based in Primark Brierley Hill.

Job Purpose

As a Cafe Team Member, you will be working in the Disney Cafe preparing and serving food & beverages to our guests. Reporting to the Cafe Manager, your typical daily duties will include the following:

1. You’ll be assisting with food preparation for guests - we have a variety of treats for our guests from pizzas to waffles. You’ll also be maintaining high food safety standards!
2. Making and serving drinks - both hot and cold - what would you choose? A Milkshake or an Espresso?
3. Providing excellent customer service to every guest
4. Creating a magical experience from start to finish
5. Effectively manage queues and multiple guests
6. Maintain both brand standards
7. Maintaining high cleanliness standards
8. Maintaining all health & safety within the Cafe
9. Carrying out Opening and Closing procedures
10. Assisting with restocking and stock rotation
