Job summary

HealthJobs Ltd in Lisburn is seeking a Project Officer (Digital) to support the CAD Update project within the Regional Control Centre. This temporary role focuses on planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and system implementation for a 6-month booking, starting ASAP.

The role involves data migration, UAT, contractor coordination and collaboration with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards. Salary is £20.22 per hour, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification (e.g. Degree) in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, and at least 1 year's relevant experience in a Digital/IT project support or coordination role.
• Level 5 qualification (e.g. HND) in a relevant discipline, and at least 2 years' relevant experience in a Digital/IT project support or coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring objectives and timescales are achieved.
• Assist with requirements documentation and implementation planning.
• Support data migration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as a key point of contact for contractors regarding system implementation and configuration.
• Assist Senior Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle and maintain audit trails.
• Monitor progress against scope, budget, quality standards and timescales.
• Coordinate training for the CAD system upgrade and capture lessons learned.
