Ernest Gordon Recruitment is currently seeking a CAD Technician with AutoCAD and REVIT experience from an M&E background, who desires progression into a Design Manager role with full leadership of the design team.

This position is based in Stockport, England, offering 40 hours per week, a salary of £35,000–£40,000 per year, flexitime, and additional benefits. The role combines management responsibilities with occasional design work, and mentoring for apprentices and junior designers.

Qualifications

• CAD Technician with AutoCAD and REVIT experience
• M&E background or related field
• Willing to move into management and develop a team

Responsabilités

• Improve CAD processes and quality standards
• Develop and mentor apprentices and junior designers
• Ensure technical drawings are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Primarily a management role, occasional design work may be required
