Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited in Leominster, England, seeks a CAD Technician (Full CNC Training) to produce detailed manufacturing drawings and convert customer sketches into production-ready files.

You will create 3D parts and assemblies, programme/operate CNC and laser machines, and liaise with customers and suppliers, with in-house and external training and clear progression.

Hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00; salary is GBP35,000-GBP40,000 per year.

Salary: GBP35000 - GBP40000 per annum

Are you a CAD Technician or similar, with experience using SolidWorks, looking to get out from behind the desk into a more varied role, where you will receive full training both in house and externally to become a rounded CNC Machinist?

In this role you will be responsible for producing detailed manufacturing drawings, converting customer sketches into production ready files and creating both 3D parts and assemblies. You will be responsible for the programming/operating CNC and laser machines, liaising with customers and suppliers alike, supporting sales and administration activities where applicable.
